We begin with a discovery call to discuss your design ideas, practical needs and desired lifestyle.

We invite you to our office and showroom for a face-to-face meeting. Here we’ll discuss different plans that suit your specific needs and wants and how they can be further customised to suit your lifestyle.
2. Preliminary Building Stage
- Concept Design - Initial drawings where the plan is sited on your block with a floor plan and elevations.
- Preliminary Drawings - Cabinetry layouts, electrical and lighting plans developed.
- Selection Appointment - This is where you choose all your colours and fixtures for your new home.
- Construction Documentation - All documentation is compiled ready for construction.
- Fixed Price Quote - Fixed price quote presented based specifically on your site.
3. Building Contract
We provide a detailed breakdown of your project scope, timelines, budget, payment schedule and any specific design considerations. We encourage our clients to review the contract carefully and ask questions, if needed. Our aim is to ensure you are comfortable and fully informed.
4. Pre-Construction
Following the signing of your building contract, we’ll take care of the essential details. We’ll handle the intricacies of the building permit application and all other approvals, sparing you the time and effort. We’ll also kickstart the scheduling process, mapping out a well-structured plan to meet the project deadlines efficiently.
5. Construction
This is where the magic truly happens. You will be given weekly updates and kept informed of where your build is at. You will have a dedicated construction supervisor who communicates directly with you.
6. Handover
Not only do we handover the keys, we also provide a comprehensive walk-through of your new home. We’ll guide you on what to look out for and provide valuable insights on how to maintain and care for your investment. Our ‘New Home Owner Manual’ will also serve as a reliable reference guide.
7. Post Construction Care

That’s why, we make it a point to return and meticulously inspect everything from 90 days after completion.
